PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a confidential information automatically imparting system that enables automatic generation of a paper medium document, which includes confidential information, required by a public office, without increasing a risk of leakage of the confidential information even when a handwriting paper medium document is used and without placing a burden on a person in charge of handling confidential information who attends to work of adding confidential information to a paper medium document.SOLUTION: Work of a person in charge of handling confidential information is strictly separated from work of a person in charge of general matters (division of labor). A confidential information automatically imparting system acquires confidential information data (reverse look-up) from specific information described in an original paper medium document including only information that can be handled by the person in charge of general matters, with reference to a relational database constructed and retained in a storage unit of a computer system, adds the confidential information data to an image data file of the original paper medium document, and outputs a new image data file having the confidential information data attached thereto onto a paper medium different from the original paper medium.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3 |
