PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To describe on a helmet, individual information useful at rescue, and make it confidential until it is required.SOLUTION: A name seal 1 is formed by including a name seal body 2 stuck to the lateral face and back face of a helmet 5, and a peelable cover seal 3 stuck to the seal body. In the name seal body 2, name, facial portrait, blood type, medical record, habitual drugs, and emergency contact address are described, the name and facial portrait are exposed, and the cover seal 3 is stuck onto the other individual information. The cover seal 3 is attached with notices to promote peeling of the cover seal 3 at emergency of a user. Accordingly, the individual information is made confidential in usual use in Fig. 1(a), and there is no hindrance in movement with public means of transportation, and the individual information can be confirmed by peeling the cover seal 3 at emergency in Fig. 1(b).SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
