PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a nano diamond dispersion composition suitable for forming a resin film having high transparency and high thermal diffusivity, a heat conductive sheet and an optical member having such light transmitting resin film.SOLUTION: The nano diamond dispersion composition (ND dispersion composition X1) of the present invention contains: a dispersion medium 12; a nano diamond particle (ND particle 11) dispersed in the dispersion medium 12; and an emulsion particle of a transparent resin 13, and exhibits all light ray transmittance of 70% or more and film thickness-direction thermal diffusivity of 1.13×10m/s or more after formed into the film. The heat conductive sheet is formed from such ND dispersion composition X1. The optical member of the present invention has a part formed from the ND dispersion composition X1 in at least a part of light transmission region.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
