PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a frame structure that restricts occurring of twisting and a room unit using a floor frame having the frame structure.SOLUTION: A frame structure is made by connecting multiple frame members in vertical direction and horizontal direction to form rectangular frame shape in plan view. Multiple supporting parts 10A to 10F having a vibration-proof rubber pedestal 21 installed on a floor surface are fixed on a surface of the frame member.
