PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a transport state detection device which not only detects a sag displacement amount of an extrusion-molded rubber strip and the presence or absence of the rubber strip, but also detects the displacement amount in a width direction.SOLUTION: A transport state detection device of a rubber strip comprises: a sag displacement amount detection part which detects a sag displacement amount of the rubber strip by using an optical displacement sensor for receiving laser beams which are radiated from light projection parts P1, P2 and P3, and reflected by the rubber strip G at light receiving parts C1, C2 and C3; a rubber strip presence/absence detection part which detects the presence or absence of the rubber strip by using an optical displacement sensor for receiving laser beams which are radiated from the light projection parts, and permeate without being reflected by the rubber strip at the light receiving parts; and a width-direction displacement amount detection part in which a plurality of the optical displacement sensors which are constituted of the light projection parts and the light receiving parts are arranged with intervals corresponding to the width direction of the rubber strip, and which detects the displacement amount of the rubber strip in the width direction.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
