The plurality of base stations include a second processor that executes a second process including receiving the information transmitted from the information processing device, then second generating a radio signal in a shortwave frequency band that corresponds to the information, and second transmitting the generated radio signal to the mobile terminal. The mobile terminal includes a third processor that executes a third process including acquiring the information from the radio signal transmitted from one base station among the plurality of base stations in a case where the radio signal is received.
