<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of a mold press forming die and an optical element, which enables the prevention of the slip-down of a molding material supplied on a molding surface of a bottom mold, without the use of a large movable element, and further, enables a stable supply of a molding material even if a molding raw material having a convex curve surface is used. <P>SOLUTION: A supporting member 40 provided on the periphery of the die surface 21 of the bottom mold 20 supports a lower surface side peripheral part of the molding material 50, and at the same time, an opening space is assured in a peripheral part outside of the molding material 50 supported by the supporting member 40, to allow the molding material 50 to be press-molded between a top force 10 and the bottom mold 20. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
