<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a document management system that realizes reliable document management. <P>SOLUTION: The document management system includes a seal having an IC tag storing seal identification information and capable of sending the seal identification information by radio communication, and a document having an IC tag storing document identification information and capable of sending the document identification information by radio communication; and comprises a management information storage means for storing information associating the document and the seal used in the creation of the document, an identification information reading means for reading the document identification information from the IC tag on the document and reading the seal identification information from the IC tag on the seal used in the creation of the document, and a registration means for associating and storing the seal identification information and document identification information read by the identification information reading means in the management information storage means. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
