<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an internal shaving attachment, preventing shavings generated in the process of shaving from remaining on an internal tooth of the internal gear, and improving working accuracy. <P>SOLUTION: A workpiece chuck 2 and a shaving cutter 3 are supported movably toward and away from each other in the vertical direction with the workpiece chuck 2 higher, and also supported to relatively move in the horizontal direction. The workpiece chuck 2 is constructed to hold the outer peripheral surface of the internal gear with the axis of rotation of the internal gear pointed to the vertical direction so that the shavings generated in machining using the shaving cutter 3 fall downward from the internal gear. The workpiece chuck 2 includes: a bearing surface 2s<SB>1</SB>for bearing the axial upper end face of the internal gear with the axis of rotation of the internal gear pointed to the vertical direction; and a seating sensor for detecting seating of the internal gear on the bearing surface 2s<SB>1</SB>. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT</p> |
