PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device analyzer for analyzing a power device.SOLUTION: A device analyzer includes: a collector power supply configured to generate a plurality of power supply signal pulses having selected voltage or a current level, and power signal pulse width in high current capacity; and a power supply switch connected to a collector power supply source terminal on which the plurality of power supply signal pulses is applied, when a test object ("DUT") is connected so as to form a current path between the collector power supply source terminal and a collector power supply common terminal. The power supply switch is configured to transmit the plurality of power supply signal pulses as a plurality of narrowed sweep signal pulses having the high current capacity of a collector power supply current, or to operate by adjusting a current in the current path to be a selected constant current level. |
