A manufacturing method of a shock absorbing safety shoe and a safety shoe are provided to produce a light and strong safety shoe absorbing shock by producing the shoe through an injection method. A cushion hole(231) is formed on a heel of a midsole(230) that is formed between an outsole and an outer cover of a shoe. An elastic body(310) that absorbs the shock transmitted from the outside and a shock absorbing member(300) consisting of a support plate supporting the upper and lower ends of the elastic body are inserted into the cushion hole. The inlet of the cushion hole and the upper surface of the shock absorbing member are intercepted by a protection plate comprising a pushing portion. A suction valve(250) and an exhaust valve(260) are installed on the circumference of the cushion hole.
