PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lens module designed which is free from dust during assembling and is easily produced by effectively reducing powdery dust occurring in asembling. SOLUTION: The lens module includes: a lens holder having one or more first assembly portions; and a lens barrel having one or more second assembly portions corresponding to the first assembly portions of the lens holder. Each first assembly portion and each second assembly portion composes a pair of coaxial cylinders fitted one on the other, and have a minute space between them. By rotating the coaxial cylinder of the lens barrel, the coaxial cylinder of the lens barrel is fitted to the coaxial cylinder of the lens holder and the minute gap is made narrower to fix the lens barrel and lens holder together.
