PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wall surface finish material with thin light emitting elements, which is for use as a guide path etc., and has the thin light emitting elements mounted thereon. SOLUTION: According to the structure of the wall surface finish material with the thin light emitting elements, the plurality of thin light emitting elements 3 such as LEDs and ELs are attached to a cloth 2, and a thin and flat electric wire 4 comprising a power source line 5 and a control line 6 is connected to the light emitting elements 3. The power source line 5 is connected to a DC power source unit 7 arranged at an outlet part to the outdoors, such as an entrance, and the control line 6 is connected to a control unit 8. In case of an emergent disaster, the light emitting elements are controlled to blink in a guiding direction by the control unit 8, and therefore a direction to evacuate to the outdoors is indicated.
