PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system in which a current location or the like of a traveler can be easily confirmed without requiring much labor or high costs. SOLUTION: The system comprises: a mobile device 1 that a traveler carries with him; a network 4 to which the mobile device 1 is connected by radio; and a server 5 connected to the network 4. The mobile device 1 packages a GPS receiver therein, and transmits current location information of the traveler to the server 5. The server 5 generates the received location information.
