[PROBLEMS] To provide an IC tag which eliminates problems of communication difficulty with a tag reader, limited attaching objects and limited positional relationship with the tag reader. [MEANS FOR SOLVING PROBLEMS] An IC tag is provided with an IC communication section (A) having an IC chip (1) and an antenna (2) for communicating data to be used by the IC chip (1); an electric cable section (B) arranged adjacent to the IC communication section (A) by being electrically connected to the IC chip (1); and a substrate (4) whereupon the IC communication section (A) and the electric cable section (B) are formed on one surface and an attaching layer (c) for attaching an IC tag main body to the attaching object is formed on the other surface.
