Provided are an O-ring fastening device for a sublance which is capable of easily fixing an O-ring in a nozzle center pipe and a nozzle leak detection system using the same. An O-ring fastening device for a sublance and a nozzle leak detection system using the same according to the present invention comprises: a hollow shaft (100) moving up and down inside a nozzle center pipe (110) having an mounting groove that is formed on the inner side of the nozzle center pipe and into which an O-ring (1) is inserted; a lifting drive unit (200) combined with the hollow shaft (100) for delivering driving power to the hollow shaft; and an O-ring fastening unit (300) that is combined with the outer circumferential surface of the hollow shaft (100) for moving downward by being interlocked with the hollow shaft (100) when the hollow shaft moves downward, and which has the O-ring inserted in the outer circumferential surface thereof for fixing the O-ring (1) in the mounting groove (120) by expanding the bore of the O-ring (1) at the position corresponding to the mounting groove (120). |
