The present invention relates to a light guide plate structure for controlling uniformity from a center to an edge portion and an illumination lamp using the same, which improve illumination efficiency and maintain uniform distribution of light emitted from a light guide plate by the scattering pattern of the light guide plate after the light entry surface of an LED faces the light entry part of the light guide plate, not the front, by using the light guide plate. The present invention includes: a light guide plate which has a hole for accommodating a light source unit formed on the center, to which light is emitted through the light entry part of the hole from the light source unit arranged to emit light in the lateral direction, and which has a scattering pattern that gradually increases in size per unit area from the center to the edge portion to form uniform light distribution on the front surface; and the light source unit which is formed in the hole of the light guide plate and emits light to the light entry part of the light guide plate. |
