摘要 The present invention discloses a utility facility for improving energy efficiency according to using a heat exchange apparatus in order to induce the rise of the supply air temperature of a boiler apparatus and the drop of suction temperature through the outdoor air suction of an air compressor apparatus utilizing the waste heat of the air compressor apparatus and boiler apparatus. The present invention for improving the energy efficiency provides the utility facility including: the air compressor apparatus including air compressor, which raises the pressure of outdoor air by compressing the outdoor air, and cooling and drying the outdoor air of which the pressure is raised by the compressor; the boiler apparatus including a blower, which forcibly transfers the outdoor air to a rear end after sucking the outdoor air, and externally discharging the outdoor air after mixing and combusting fuel with the outdoor air forcibly transferred by the blower; and the heat exchange apparatus including: a first exchanger recovering the outdoor air discharged from the compressor, dropping the temperature of the recovered outdoor air, and then transferring the outdoor air to the rear end of the compressor; and a second heat exchanger recovering the outdoor air forcibly transferred by the blower, raising the temperature of the recovered outdoor air, and then transferring the outdoor air to the rear end of the blower.
