The invention relates to a natural kitchen detergent composition using natural detergents including salicornia herbacea, used water from washing rice and fermented liquid of used water from washing rice and, more specifically, to the natural kitchen detergent composition which improves cleanability by adding salicornia herbacea powder, used water from washing rice and fermented liquid of used water from washing rice and salicornia herbacea powder. The composition has a strong antibacterial effect, thereby being used as natural cleaning agents. The invention is harmless to humans by using natural products which are harmless to humans and has excellent cleanability and detergency, thereby being very usefully used as environment-friendly detergents or cleaning agents.
