PURPOSE: A kit and a method for diagnosing bovine pregnancy are provided to test bovine pregnancy without giving stress to the bovine. CONSTITUTION: A kit for diagnosing bovine pregnancy comprises: a strip member(10) which is porous thin film with a specific length; a test line(11) in which progesterone-BSA conjugate or progesterone-KLH conjugate on the surface of the strip member and which react with conjugate liquid containing anti-progesterone-colloid gold particle conjugate and bovine feces extract liquid; a control line(13) which is formed by coating anti-mouse IgG on the surface of the strip member and reacts with the conjugate liquid to compare the color degree of the test line; a absorb paper(40) which is integrally laminated on the surface of the strip member and absorbs the conjugate liquid from one end to the other end of the strip member; a sample pad(20) for transferring bovine feces extract to one end of strip member; and a gold conjugate pad(30) which is able to produce a conjugate liquid moving from one end to the other end of the strip member by binding the anti-progesterone-colloid gold particle conjugate with bovine feces extract liquid. The strip member is nitrocellulose membrane.
