AQUEUS SOLUTION OF FLAX SEED OIL COMPRISING OMEGA 3-FATIC ACID

PURPOSE: A food additive composition is provided to prepare the food whose cholesterol content is lower and which is rich in omega-3 fatty acid. CONSTITUTION: A food additive composition is prepared by mixing 50~70 weight% of a flaxseed oil containing linolenic acid, eicosapenaenoic acid and docosahexaenoic acid and 30~50 weight% of a green tea extract; mixing it with 1~10 weight% of an emulsifier to prepare a flaxseed oil water-soluble food additive; and diluting 1 part by weight of the flaxseed oil water-soluble food additive with 199 parts by weight of water, soaking bean in the diluted water, spraying water in turn, and maturing it to prepare the bean sprouts containing omega-3 fatty acid.
