The machine (1) has support units (8-10) that are arranged coplanarly with respect to each other to define a support plane (P). The support units are provided to support the plate (2) which is arranged parallel to direction (7). The gripping device (25) is provided to hold the plate at lateral side (4). The cutter heads (33) are provided to process the plate. The gripping device and cutter head are moved relatively with respect to each other along the direction to separate the component from plate.
