PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inside air/outside air switching device capable of reducing the proceeding noise leaking out from a second inside air inlet into a cabin. SOLUTION: The inside air/outside air switching device comprises an inside air/outside air switching door 13 for switching and opening/closing a first inside air inlet 11 and an outside air inlet 12, an air filter 30 for filtering intake air introduced from the inlets 11, 12, 17, and an inside air support door 18 for opening/closing the second inside air inlet 17. In the outside air introduction mode for opening the outside air inlet 12, the inside air support door 18 opens the second inside air inlet 17. A blocking member 19 for blocking the noise in an engine room proceeding from the outside air inlet 12 to the second inside air inlet 17 is provided in a vicinity of the outer side in the operational range of the inside air support door 18.
