PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a load driving circuit capable of more surely preventing malfunction of a load. SOLUTION: An impedance control part 14 performs such a control as to temporarily make the impedance of an output terminal high for a certain period immediate after power-on, whereby erroneous lighting of an LED 3 is prevented. Concretely, a signal output part 6 of a control circuit 11 includes a CMOS type, and the impedance control part 14 having a P-channel FET 12 and an N-channel FET 13 connected in parallel is disposed between an FET 8 constituting the signal output part 6 and a ground terminal G when power is supplied to the LED 3 by outputting a low level to the output terminal to turn on a transistor 1.
