PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a structure of an air circuit from being complicated, eliminate desorption with the air circuit in replacement of a main substrate, improve assemblability, and easily meet requirements for intrinsically safe explosion proof.SOLUTION: Pressure sensors S1, S2 are mounted on a substrate 16 dedicated for a pressure sensor. A radio transmission part 17 is provided on the substrate 16 dedicated for a pressure sensor, a radio reception part 19 is provided on a main substrate 11, and output of the pressure sensors S1, S2 is wirelessly transmitted from the side of the substrate 16 dedicated for a pressure sensor to the side of the main substrate 11. A space held between a holding member 13-3 holding the main substrate 11 and an air circuit formation member 12 is filled with filler 20, and the whole of the substrate 16 for dedicated for a pressure sensor is covered with the filler 20.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
