PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide technology for inhibiting deformation or the like of a spring for closing a flap valve in an opening and closing device of a fuel tank.SOLUTION: An opening and closing device (10) of a fuel tank comprises: a fill port forming member (30) forming a fill port (30a) of a fuel passage (11P); an opening and closing member (51) opening and closing the fill port (30a); and a double torsion spring (59) that has a bias part (59d) biasing the opening and closing member (51) in a direction of closing, and two coil parts (59b, 59c) respectively connected to opposite ends of the bias part (59d), and is rotatably supported on the fill port forming member (30). The double torsion spring (59) has a space (Ssp) defined by the two coil part (59b, 59c), and the fill port forming member (30) has a regulation part (35a1) arranged in the space (Ssp) for regulating deformation of the double torsion spring (59).SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 22 |
