PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of fastening ceramic particles onto a surface of a metallic shaft by preparing a plating liquid in which ceramic particles are dispersed in advance, fastening the ceramic particles to a metallic sleeve surface by electro-deposition, and inserting the electro-deposited metallic sleeve into a metallic shaft, instead of a conventional method of spraying an adhesive material onto the surface of the metallic shaft, specifically spraying ceramic.SOLUTION: In a manufacturing method of a transportation roller, a metallic layer is formed on a base material, and the ceramic particles are firmly fastened onto the base material by electro-deposition.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
