PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a matrix transformation device capable of approximately transforming a rotation transformation matrix into a sparse matrix having a small number of non-zero elements.SOLUTION: A matrix transformation device 10 includes a rotation matrix transformation unit 13 for transforming a rotation matrix into a matrix product including one or more counter rotation matrices constituted by one or more two-dimensional rotation matrices. The rotation matrix transformation unit 13 performs the transformation into the matrix product by repeatedly calculating the counter rotation matrices while updating the rotation matrix until a predetermined condition relating to the approximation state of the rotation matrix is satisfied.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
