A display device is provided with: an operation information integrating unit for switching, on the basis of a distance between a display unit with a touch panel which displays a plurality of displayed objects of images or documents and a user who operates the displayed objects, between an operation by touching the touch panel and an operation by a gesture of the user, determining, from a 3D position of the user, an operation mode out of a plurality of operation modes depending on the distance from the display unit, and outputting an operation corresponding to a current operation mode and the gesture of the user; and a display control unit for changing a display of the displayed objects depending on the operation inputted from the operation information integrating unit and outputting the changed display to the display unit. Thus, it is possible to execute an operation intended by the user depending on the distance from the user to the display unit. |
