FIELD: agriculture.SUBSTANCE: invention relates to agriculture and can be used to fight weeds and undesirable plants in agricultural crops. Working liquid of the herbicide agent is obtained directly before the use by reacting a herbicidally effective amount of N-phosphon methyl glycine, or 2,4-dichlorophenoxyacetic acid or 2-methoxy-3,6-dichlorobenzoic acid, or 3,6-dichloropyridine-carbonic acid with trialkylamine containing one alkyl radical with not less than 8 carbon atoms, herewith taken in equimolar or excess molar amount with respect to the herbicide active substance, in an aqueous medium. Herewith the excess molar amount of the trialkylamine containing one alkyl radical with not less than 8 carbon atoms is not more than 10 % of the molar amount of the herbicide active substance.
