FIELD: medicine.SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to medicine, specifically to ophthalmology, and is intended for local administration of ophthalmic multi-dose aqueous composition in eye of a mammal. Said composition contains a therapeutically effective amount of a therapeutic agent, to increase viscosity of system and water. System consists of a soluble viscosity enhancing agent with concentration from about 0.10 wt%/vol to about 2.5 wt%/vol and heat-sensitive viscosity enhancing agent with concentration from about 0.80 wt%/vol to not more than 10 wt%/vol.
