PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of a fluorine-containing polymer aqueous dispersion capable of forming a coating film excellent in weather resistance, blocking resistance and hot water resistance.SOLUTION: Thee is provided a manufacturing method of a fluorine-containing polymer aqueous dispersion including a process of polymerizing a monomer mixture containing a monomer (m1) and a monomer (m2) in a presence of an aqueous medium, a radical polymerization initiator and an anionic emulsifier, where the polymerization is conducted in absence of polyoxyethylene alkyl ether or in presence of the polyoxyethylene alkyl ether of 3.0 pts.mass or less based on 100 pts.mass of the monomer mixture. Monomer (m1) is fluoroolefin and monomer (m2) is a hydrophilic macromonomer of X-Y-Z (2), where X represents a radical polymerizable unsaturated group, Y represents a bivalent connection group containing an alicyclic group and Z represents a hydrophilic part containing a polyoxyalkylene chain.SELECTED DRAWING: None
