<p>A method of manufacturing a multilayer thermoplastic resin sheet efficiently without breaking a foamed resin layer, and a multilayer thermoplastic resin sheet are disclosed. A two-layer thermoplastic resin sheet (24) is manufactured by bringing a thermoplastic resin film (19) into close contact with a heated metal endless belt (the surface roughness of which is Ra: not more than 0.5 νm) (15) or a heated roll (16), placing a foamed resin sheet (18) from a die (11) or a supply roll on the thermoplastic resin film (19), sandwiching the superposed thermoplastic resin film (19) and foamed resin sheet (18) between the belt (15) and roll (16), and pressing them flat. During this flat-pressing operation, the surface pressure is 0.05-1.00 MPa, and the surface pressure application time is 0.5-10.0 seconds.</p> |
