PURPOSE: An optical recording media is provided to achieve high density recording and prevent a cross-talk phenomenon caused by interruption of adjacent tracks. CONSTITUTION: The media comprises data recording tracks for recording data in both sides of the track, wherein the tracks are trigonal. The media has a predetermined angle to prevent generation of a shadow in the trigonal data recording tracks to access by ray beam that is vertically irradiated to the tracks. Ray beam is vertically irradiated to a front track of the media to read data recorded in the front track, and to a rear track of the media to read the data recorded therein.
