PURPOSE: A sanitary fabric and a dish towel which are made from superfine brass fiber having excellent sterilizing and deodorizing performance. CONSTITUTION: A sanitary fabric(1) is woven warps that are twisted the superfine brass fiber and pure cotton yarn, with wefts that is also pure cotton yarn. A brass fiber(3a) can be one strip or three strips, and the superfine brass fiber can be used for a wrap(3) and a weft(2). The sanitary fabric is used for an underwear, the lining of a skirt or a pants, an unwoven fabric for an antiphlogistic, a bandage or a tablecloth that are contacted on food or human bodies, so as to kill various germs.
