EYE MANUFACTURING METHOD FOR SHOCK ABSORBER

PURPOSE: An eye manufacturing method for a shock absorber is provided to improve the productivity by reducing the manufacture time and to reduce the producing cost by using the cheap thin plate as the raw material of the eye. CONSTITUTION: The eye manufacturing method for a shock absorber includes the steps of:blanking the tubular raw material in a state of a roll made up of a thickness of 2.6mm transmitted to a blanking die by the transmitting device with a punch; chamfering the outline of the intermediate substance blanked to easily settle in safety when combining by welding the raw material to a shock absorber; bending the intermediate substance as an E shape to prevent the bush forcibly inserted into the inside from displacing; forging the bent intermediate substance to easily bend the substance as a circular shape; and shaping the tubular intermediate substance as a circular shape.
