PURPOSE: A method for tracing a database of a mobile communication exchange is provided to trace the database through a data base management system(DBMS) and a data base kernel group(DBKG) according to a request of an application program(AP) on line, so as to enhance a debugging function and to perceive a main cause of a system abnormal state to quickly restore the abnormal state. CONSTITUTION: A shell command 'dbt(database)' is inputted by an operator. If shell the command is a database tracing function, an application program(AP) calls a data base management system(DBMS) library according to requirements selected when processor load data(PLD) accesses. The AP decides whether the requirements, which are necessary for a PLD access, such as a select process, an update process, an insert process, and a delete process exist in a self processor of the AP, or decides whether information such as an ID, a type, and a location of a relation exist in the self processor or other remote processor. If the requirements and the information exist in the self processor, a DBMS library of the self processor calls a data base kernel group(DBKG). The called DBKG processes a selected requirement to output corresponding information. If the requirements exist in the remote processor, the DBMS library firstly calls a data base supporting group(DBSG). The DBSG calls a DBKG of the remote processor. The DBKG of the remote processor processes the selected requirement, and outputs corresponding information. |
