SOLUTION: A database is structured which stores consignor information on the names, addresses, etc., of consignors by the consignors and consignee information on the names, addresses, etc., of consignees that the consignors sent baggages to in the past. In this state, a consignor is urged to input its identification code. Once the identification code is inputted, a list of the consignees that the consignor identified with the identification code sent baggages to in the past is displayed on a display according to the database. In this state, the consignor is urged to select one consignor from the list. Once one consignor is selected from the list, the consignee information on the selected consignee and the consignor information on the consignor are printed on a specific invoice form by a printer to generate an invoice.</p> |
