A novel flue design using titanium sections, affording rapid construction, corrosion resistance for low maintenance and inertness over a wide range of operation conditions. The lower density of titanium versus steel or nickel alloys makes this flue design structurally possible and results in lower cost flues compared to flues of other alloys.
