PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a novel surface-protecting film having a base material layer containing a polyolefinic resin, which exhibits very excellent peeling electrification-preventing performance, and can be inspected well in a very high level, and is good in unwinding when being unwound from its wound body.SOLUTION: A surface-protecting film contains a base material layer and a pressure-sensitive adhesive agent layer, wherein the base material layer contains a polyolefinic resin; the image clarity is ≥50% in the MD direction at an optical comb width of 0.125 mm; and the surface specific resistance of the pressure-sensitive adhesive agent layer is ≤1.0×10&OHgr;/square. |
