<p>The mobile pedestrian crossing is formed from a number of hinged sections of material which can be rolled up for storage or rolled out when deployed. The crossing preferably acts as a speed hump and may be provided with high visibility illuminated signs powered by rechargeable batteries. Sections of the crossing may be added or removed to alter the length of the crossing.</p> |
