PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To accurately maximize refrigerating cycle efficiency without using a pressure sensor, in a refrigerating cycle device using an expander integrated type compressor. SOLUTION: The refrigerating cycle device 100 is provided with the expander integrated type compressor 120, a radiator 108, an evaporator 110, a current sensor 122, a first temperature sensor 124, a second temperature sensor 126, and controllers 104, 106. The expander integrated type compressor 100 includes an intake volume variable mechanism 128, and an expansion ratio of a coolant in an expansion mechanism 40 is variable. In the first controller 104, a high pressure of a refrigerating cycle is estimated on the basis of a current value of an electric motor 12, an evaporation temperature of the coolant in the evaporator 108, and a rotational frequency of the electric motor 12. In the second controller 106, control is carried out to change intake volume of the expansion mechanism 40 on the basis of the high pressure of the refrigerating cycle provided by the first controller 104.
