PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mat for floor cooling/heating capable of preventing deformation of a floor material. SOLUTION: In this mat for floor cooling/heating comprising a plurality of long small joists disposed approximately in parallel with each other, a panel disposed adjacent to the small joists, and a cold heat medium circulating pipe buried in a groove formed on the panel, the small joists have discontinuous portions for inserting the cold heat medium circulating pipe on their intermediate portions. A distance between central axes of the small joists adjacent to each other is 250 mm or less, and the discontinuous portions formed on the small joists are arranged in the direction orthogonal to the longitudinal direction of the small joists.
