PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device for sufficiently meeting demands for changing a discharge region of steam from a discharge port to limit the discharge as far as possible, since a steam feeder formed to feed steam supplied from a steam generation source to the indoor side and a duct from the discharge port of a steam discharge pipe via piping is formed to be used for various purposes. SOLUTION: A U-shaped casing is fixed to the steam discharge pipe communicating with the steam generation source while leaving a side face having the discharge port, and an outer pipe is longitudinally mounted to the upper part of the casing through posts. The outer pipe has a continuous cutout groove formed in a longitudinal direction, and a cutout drop-in groove communicating with the continuous cutout groove. Further, a spring is installed at one end in the outer pipe, and a round bar is fittingly inserted in contact with the spring. An operating rod and a screw rod are fixed to the round bar, and the discharge port is closed with a seal packing at the tip of an arm mounted in a vertically adjustable manner to the screw rod.
