PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform the vibration control of a shaft system while cooling the inside of a roller bearing effectively without using a nozzle. SOLUTION: A pair of rings 7, 7 which are projected to the outer diameter face 3b of an outer ring 3 and separated axially, and an oil hole 10 to communicate with the outer diameter face 3b of the outer ring 3 with the raceway face 3a is opened between its pair of rings 7, 7. Thereby, a lubricant for a squeeze film damper reaches the raceway face 3a through the oil hole 10 while the squeeze film damper is formed between the outer ring 3 and a housing.
