<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a noodle boiling device having a boiling tank which is itself an air opening type, and bringing a hot water temperature of a part of boiling noodles to ≥100°C. <P>SOLUTION: In this noodle boiling device having an upper surface opens to air, a heating device 3 is arranged below the bottom 2 of a boiling tank 1, a water depth of the boiling tank 1 is ≥100 cm, and a noodle moving device which lets noodles forcibly descend from the upper opened part of the boiling tank 1 to the bottom 2 of the tank and ascend afterwards is set. The noodle moving device is composed of a chain 6 which is rotatably endlessly hung around a sprocket 5 so as to go into the boiling tank 1 from the upper opened part and go out to the outside from the upper opened part after reaching the vicinity of the bottom 2, and a boiling basket 9 which is attached to the chain 6. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
