<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and a system for evaluating unfair transaction risk in electronic commerce between a customer and a seller. <P>SOLUTION: An order of the electronic commerce or the electronic purchase is received, and a risk level caused by the respective orders is measured, and a risk scoring value is returned. Data verification, artificial intelligence pattern matching of extremely high predictability, network data integration and a negative file check are used for testing an extremely large number of factors for calculating the unfair transaction risk. In its other analysis, there is retrieval of a transaction history database for identifying a comparison collation, an abnormal speed pattern, a name, an address change and a known fraud of this time transaction to the past known unfair transaction.
