<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To specify a person who prints a printed matter based on identification ink adhered to the printed matter. <P>SOLUTION: A program for operating the image forming device reads a serial number and DNA pattern data from an IC tag of a DNA ink cartridge when DNA ink printing mode is selected (S102: YES), the DNA ink cartridge is installed (S103:YES) and the DNA ink cartridge is not short of ink (S104: NO), and also reads fingerprint pattern data of a printing person (S107). When an end flag corresponding to the read serial number is not raised (S202: NO), the read DNA pattern data and fingerprint pattern data are collated with DNA pattern data and fingerprint pattern data stored in a data storage part, and when individual authentication is successful (S203: YES), the DNA ink is discharged to a recording paper (S108), and printing of an image with an image forming ink is then performed (S109). <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
