The arrangement has Hall circuits (H1-H8) as sensors which detect signals evaluated according to Graycode as digital depending on change of rotation angle of a rotating component e.g. main wheel (1) by polarity reversal change produced by a magnetic sensor in a number of corresponding Hall switches. The Hall switches are arranged corresponding to circumference of the component. Distribution of the polarity reverse change on the circumference is designed such that an error-protected Graycode of the arrangement is realized in connection with the Hall switches.
