The structure has a lifting block (IV) with fixed and detachable rollers, which are provided at left and rights sides of a frame. The block, weights (II,III) and the detachable roller are guided by a rail (I). The weights are suspended on a right side at the detachable roller, and at a rope end, respectively. A long rope is rolled out by a dual roller (V), when the weight on the right side is lifted. Components of the structure are coordinate with each other. The structure is operated by gravitational force.
